A message for the patients of Taita, Naenae and Stokes Valley Medical Centres

From 1 July 2008 the medical centres in Taita, Naenae and Stokes Valley will become member practices of Valley Primary Health Organisation (PHO). Up until now, they have been with Mid-Valley PHO. Mid-Valley PHO is being disestablished.

Valley PHO has been working with 18 practices in the Hutt Valley and more than 35 community and social organisations since 2004 and welcomes the medical practices, and their patients to the PHO. If you have any questions please phone Valley PHO, on 04 577 8010
