• Contracts via the Hutt Valley DHB for Valley wide primary care services
• PHOs wishing to contract out all, or part of, their PHO management services. Currently Kōwhai provides a full package of management services to Valley PHO
• Other contracted PHO Management support for PHOs such as the PHO Performance Programme reporting and Pharmacy Facilitation
• The Hutt Valley IPA for financial management services and Continuing Medical Education
